In India, a sudden climate change NOT only observed on the environmental seasons but also with the sports. With the IPL hype and hoopla exhausted, a new found soccer/foot ball craze apparantly started ticking the trend boards.
I thought with this post, I could help those tech savvy but those who lack the set top box setup at their home. Yes, as the subject of this mail shows, one in India could still watch those Euro 2012 live match broadcasts through iStream.com thanks to their recent tie up with Neo Sports.
As you may already know, Neo Sports, the all sports channel, has the exclusive television broadcast rights across the Indian subcontinent for the Euro cup 2012 broadcast.
"We believe that football has a strong pull among the internet audiences in the country and this is part of our overall strategy to build a strong sports vertical for istream.com. We plan to bring in more such exclusive partnerships in the online video space," said iStream founder and CEO Radhakrishnan Ramachandran.
So this little bigger news is for the ones who are NOT having set top box connection to watch Neo Sports. However, if you do NOT have electricity with you, well...this might NOT even work unless you are absolutely soccer freak to consume your mobile data plans... Enjoy Euro 2012!!
